Dennis Dezort graduated from the State
University of New York at
Fredonia with a BA Degree
in Music Theory &
Composition.
At Fredonia, he studied
piano with Wilbur Kraft
and Claudia Sorel.

He completed all course work
and exams for a MA degree
in Music Theory &
Composition at the
University of Southern
Mississippi where he studied
composition with Theodore
Presser and Luigi Zaninelli.

His music studio was established in 1987, and has grown to accommodate an average of 48 students weekly.

He currently is the organist and music director of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Landisville, Pa..
