Dennis Dezort graduated from

the State University of New

York at Fredonia with a BA Degree in Music Theory and Composition. At Fredonia he studied piano with Wilbur Kraft and Claudia Sorel.

He completed all course work and exams for an MA Degree in Music Theory and Composition at the University nof Southern Mississippi where he studied composition with Theodore Presser and Luigi Zaninelli.

His music studio was established in 1987, and has grown to accommodate an average of 45 students weekly.

He currently is rhe organist and music director of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Landisville, PA..
